Terms of use
The short version: it's a game show for stream chat, nothing you win has cash value, and Bits purchases are for in-show effects that Twitch delivers through its own rules. Last updated 31 October 2026.
The game
- Joining a show is always free. Nobody has to spend anything to play or to win.
- Winning means your name, and if the streamer chooses, your message, is shown on their stream. Points, crowns, leaderboard places, coins and every other in-game item have no cash value, can't be traded, transferred or cashed out, and may be reset or changed at any time.
- The drop is random. Power plays nudge the odds in the way each one describes; they don't guarantee an outcome, and nothing is tuned to produce near misses.
- Each drop is saved as a replay for three months. Anyone with its link can watch it, including players' names and join messages.
- The streamer runs the show. They decide when it starts, what gets featured, and which Bits products are on or off for their channel.
Bits purchases
- Bits products are sold through the Twitch extension under Twitch's terms. Twitch takes payment; we never do. Each product does what its description says, in the show that's running when you buy it.
- Some effects depend on timing. A Last Stand bought after its window has closed, or a revive for someone who isn't banished in that drop, can't be delivered as such; the wall gives you the same value back as in-game coins for that show instead. Twitch's Bits are not refundable through us.
- If the streamer's wall isn't open when a purchase completes, the purchase is recorded and the streamer is told, so they can honour it.
- Products the streamer has switched off are hidden in the panel. A purchase that still arrives for one is honoured.
Many Balls Pro
- Pro is a one-off payment, at the price shown on your dashboard, that unlocks the branding options for one Twitch channel for as long as Many Balls runs. It is not a subscription.
- Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds under Paddle's buyer terms.
- If Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying for a full refund. A refund takes Pro off the channel.
Behaviour
- Messages typed after
!joinreach the stream only if the streamer features them. Don't use them to harass anyone, to post links, or to say anything Twitch's community guidelines forbid; the streamer can hide them and we can block accounts that abuse the game. - Don't try to break the game, forge requests to it, or run bots to take seats. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
For streamers
- Your host link is your login for running shows. Anyone with it can run your show, so keep it private. Logging in with Twitch gives you links that stay the same and a dashboard.
- Revenue from Bits used in the extension is paid by Twitch under its Bits in Extensions terms (at the time of writing, 80% to the streamer and 20% to the extension developer). We don't handle or hold any of it. Figures on your dashboard are estimates; Twitch's payout page is the record.
- You're responsible for what you show on your stream, including featured messages.
- A sponsored show is a deal between you and the sponsor. Turn on Twitch's Branded Content setting for that stream and follow the advertising rules where you live.
- If you give real prizes, run those shows as Prize drops, where no Bits or power plays affect the result. You're responsible for the prizes and for following the rules on prize promotions where you live.
The service
- Many Balls is provided as it is. Playing and hosting are free. The service may change, pause or stop at any time. We do our best to keep it running during your shows, but we can't promise it, and we aren't liable for a show that doesn't go to plan.
- We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
- Many Balls is run from the United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. It is not affiliated with Twitch or Amazon.
